A proper baseball practice should include ten minutes of warm-up time with 20 minutes of individual and team hitting drills following. 10 minutes of drills and 5 minutes of running bases should follow. After all this ten minutes can be spent on defense drills along with a cool down period. After that have a team meeting and that’s all there is to it.
